Generally safe, if you are in the city. It gets a bit uncomfortable in the suburbs especially during night. I feel safe in general but I don’t go out this often by myself past 11-12pm so I can’t speak for that.

Sweden and Stockholm in overall is very safe. A big city so be mindful during nights but I feel very safe here. I walk alone all the time and run during nights. I have never been cat called in Sweden.

Stockholm is very safe during the day in its popular public spaces and attractions. Safety at night however depends highly on your location. I personally would not recommend being out by yourself late at night, and would advise keeping somewhat sober and keeping an eye on your drinks while out enjoying the night-life as drink-spiking and getting harassed by drunk men is a concern here.
