Is Fuengirola Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

Fuengirola is generally a very safe city for solo female travelers. Like any other place, it's always smart to be vigilant, especially during the late night hours. The city's overall safety measures are good, with visible police presence and well-lit main streets. However, as in any city, there are areas where caution is recommended, particularly secluded beaches or quiet streets late at night. It's always wise to stay within tourist-populated areas and be aware of your surroundings. Still, the local community is friendly and willing to assist, and the crime rate against tourists is relatively low.
