A bit boring but safe Not many people on the streets Not much to do Not many supermarkets Most of the girls in my hostel were here for the camino de Santiago Generally felt safe on the streets at night too...
Posted: August 11, 2024Experienced: July, 2024Hola! Im an au pair in Burgos. I've spent 2 months now and I can say that is city can be the safest for everyone! It's a small city but surrounded by nature and nice people. You can easily find delicious food. You should definitely try Valor for churros and many local restraunts for launch. Villages are great in Burgos. You should definitely see some of them. City center is really small and you can see the museums and the cathedral in 2 days. I hope you enjoy your time in Burgos!
Posted: November 21, 2023its kinda safe, no crime, nothing. on upper side where gypsies lives are a bit sketchy tho. i havent heard gunshots nothing, theres literally no crime. but its probably because theres nothing to do. like if ure staying for one night, its gonna be enough.
Posted: January 18, 2025It is safe city where you can reach easily every part of the city. It is calm and peaceful. I would recommend to take normal precautions such as not leaving your bag open or unsupervised. Locals are usually willing to help you when needed.
