Setúbal is a very beautiful and peaceful place. It's a beautiful city with nature, beaches, shopping centres and good restaurants. It has a very active neighbourhood, and I feel very safe walking around at any time of the day ♡

I would say Setúbal is very safe and I feel very comfortable there. Since I live there nothing bad happened to me, sometimes you can get compliments of man on street but I feel like it’s pretty common everywhere( unfortunately). I would just recommend to ignore them and not walk alone at night at places where there are no people or like train stations. In general Setúbal is very safe and you just have to be aware.
