The city is extremely safe, no catcalling or other harrasment happening, one of the places I felt the safest, but it very expensive and the city itself is not that big, so the amount of activities is limited.

Narvik is a very safe city, many locals dont even lock their homes and cars, one of the safest cities I have ever been to. The crime rate is super low and as it gets really cold in the winter, there are no homeless people.

Well, it's Norway. One of the safest countries in the world. There's 99.9% chance nothing dangerous will happen to you. I've walked alone in the middle of the night more times than I can count and was never bothered.
