I have been living in Zutphen for years and it is such a nice city! Everyone is very kind en helpful. You can approach anyone out on the streets to ask them where to go and they will help you out for sure! I have never seen anything such as fights or policemen going into a house or whatever. I don’t even have a lock on my bike, but I know it won’t be stolen.
