Is Toul safe for solo female travelers?

Toul is a small, quiet town in Meurthe-et-Moselle. There are a few bars, a nightclub, and not much crime. It's not a lively place, and few incidents have been reported. While there's no such thing as zero risk, I think I can safely say that this town is safe for women. Obviously, avoid hanging around in dark alleyways at night.
