Yes, I feel mostly safe there, but man also can make me feel terrible, sorry I loved to going on a foot walk along the river, unbelievable view! I'm had budget and stand in family house, so no needs for paying rent. Also we liked to pick up packages of food that were about to expire (this helps both save money and preserve nature). And the food there was really good and tasty.

Toulouse is a very safe place, a city with a predominantly young and active population. There are also good restaurants and cafés. The pink color of the city's buildings provides a very pleasant atmosphere.

Toulouse is a small and beautiful city, if you like visiting churches and walking you will love it, I felt safe at all times and it is easy to use the metro, especially with the 3-day pass, fortunately I stayed the night with a friend so I don't know How expensive is the accommodation :(
Posted: February 2, 2025Experienced: October, 2024Easy to travel, safe at night, lots of vintage and an tique markets, beautiful city. Better to travel there during the fall since the city is so hot during the summer! The Botanical garden at Museum de Toulouse is a must.

During the day there is nothing to worry about During the night, the main part of city centre is safe to be alone, just avoid being in dark alleys and side streets alone or just with a few other girls

Toulouse is a safe city to explore. Having lived here for years now, I can tell the welcoming atmosphere. The city stays vibrant year-round, with locals constantly out enjoying the terraces after work or over the weekend. Even if you arrive late at night and are traveling alone, you can feel taking the metro home safely.
Posted: April 25, 2026During daylight hours, the area is generally considered safe and welcoming but be careful at night, there are a lot of drunk guys, don't stay alone.
Posted: April 24, 2026Safe, but there are some dealers and junkies like every other big cities but nothing crazy. I don't feel unsafe at night when I come back home, never been assaulted in 10 years living here. There's police in the center city and security in every subway stations

About me 🧐? I don't really know what to say, but what I can say is that my name is Clémence and I'm 19 years old. I live in Toulouse, "the Pink City" (by the way, one of the most beautiful cities in France 😁). I'm a second-year law student aiming to work as a diplomat, but it's not a sure thing; the studies will be long, and I like going out with my friends, so we'll see where it all leads 🤣🤣

I'm up for adventurous endeavours, cultural visits, culinary discoveries. My way of travelling varies depending on the destination, but I priviledge simplicity and authenticity. I walk a looooot! And I love to ride my 🏍️ Last year I had spent 45 000 hours on Spotify, so music is a great deal of my life. I've been trying to learn drums this year :)
