Yes, I feel mostly safe there, but man also can make me feel terrible, sorry I loved to going on a foot walk along the river, unbelievable view! I'm had budget and stand in family house, so no needs for paying rent. Also we liked to pick up packages of food that were about to expire (this helps both save money and preserve nature). And the food there was really good and tasty.

Toulouse is a very safe place, a city with a predominantly young and active population. There are also good restaurants and cafés. The pink color of the city's buildings provides a very pleasant atmosphere.

Toulouse is a small and beautiful city, if you like visiting churches and walking you will love it, I felt safe at all times and it is easy to use the metro, especially with the 3-day pass, fortunately I stayed the night with a friend so I don't know How expensive is the accommodation :(

Easy to travel, safe at night, lots of vintage and an tique markets, beautiful city. Better to travel there during the fall since the city is so hot during the summer! The Botanical garden at Museum de Toulouse is a must.

Toulouse is a great place to hang out at night, I rarely feel unsafe, certain areas in the south east are to be avoided at night, and recomend you don't get an airbandb in the south east but the center and around the center is perfectly fine

Besides people who drank all night that you'll see during the dawn of the weekend in a metro station, I think Toulouse is quite safe. I didn't meet any robbery or crimes. I believe it's overall a safe place for solo travelling

Obviously no city is completely safe, but I have never felt anything more than the regular nervousness that (I assume) everyone feels when walking past unknown areas or strangers at night. I came to Toulouse for a year abroad and have had no unsafe experiences, nor have I heard of anyone who has. Caution always of course, but overall the city is great, safe and the metro runs until 3am Thursday to Saturday.
