Peaceful and charming town with an historical center inside walls, good history to learn about, beautiful coast and beaches around, possible to surf, bike, hike easily, 50min from Rennes in train or car

Saint-Malo is minimum 90% safe, it's thanks to the kindness of the Bretons (locals), they generally just don't like Parisian tourists. The worst thing in Saint-Malo is seagulls, they can attack you and they bit, be careful with any type of food.
