Depends on the district. Around the train station isn't really safe (as always), and you shouldn't leave the center in the night. The atmosphere in the night doesn't feel really safe but in fact, it feels worst than it really is.

I don't feel insecure at the moment, in the 2 years I've lived here everything has always gone well. But I've already had the echo of several robberies. It's a city where wealthy and extremely precarious people live together, which may explain these situations. But it's still a very touristy region
