Hate to say that but there's a lot of awful men on the streets of Mulhouse. I've been attacked many times since childhood and thankfully always successfully got out of danger. But be really careful, especially as a younger girl !!!

i haven't experienced anything bad, of course on just being a woman is necessary to take cautions, but just at night is when men are outside and usually a bit strange, again, haven't had any contact but still

The city is very safe but do not be outside after 11pm there's nothing at night in the city anyway. Do so only if you have a car, they're creeps around that hour and also watch your surroundings if you've decided not to take my advice.
