Fontainebleau is safe for women, even at night, as it is a place for families. The city center is full of bars, and restaurants, there is always someone not to far, ready to help. People here are pretty welcoming and helpful, much more relaxed than Parisians. Many do speak English and are happy to give tips and advice. Men usually behave and public transport are easy to navigate and safe. I allow my 15 year old daughter to use it and go to the city, even at night, she never had any problems....

Fontainebleau is a pretty town. I honestly always felt safe there but as it’s a town with a lot of money sometimes there’s small crimes such as robbing but I’ve never been attacked or one of my friends.

I’m a 41 yo teenager, pretty positive and welcoming (according to my friends 😊). I love meeting people and having the opportunity to share my passion about the fabulous place I live in. I’ve also traveled a little myself, so I’m always happy to meet people from other places and different cultures. Coming to this app is important for me as I’m strongly involved in women’s rights and feminist activism. I’m the Mom of a 15 yo, very kind and smart girl, that’s is why I’m trying to be better everyday. I think, being the example is the best way to teach her how wonderful a woman’s life can be and how to make a difference in this world.

Hello, Living 1h from Paris, if you’d like to discover a sweet French city close to the big city, we have a castle and a beautiful forest. It’s worth it :)
