Angouleme is a small city where everyone knows eachother, I've never has any problems even though I often go home alone walking after midnight. People are quite safe and nice and it is easy to find trustworthy people.

In Angoulême people are nice and respectful. It’s a small city, so compared to bigger ones like Paris, there is way less robery or harassement. For public transport, there only is bus, wich is safe, they’re no problems in particular
