It’s a quiet arrondissement, cute squares and a beautiful park, the Bois de Vincennes. Some people can be annoying but there’s not really a threat. Even at night it’s quiet in most areas.. near Bercy / Gare de Lyon it’s a bit more dangerous, but higher north it’s really nice and pleasant.
