Is Utsjoki Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

Utsjoki is generally considered extremely safe for solo female travelers. The crime rate is very low and locals are usually friendly and willing to help. It's a peaceful town in the far north of Finland with a strong means of public transportation and plenty of safe places to stay.
