Jalasjärvi, Group travel

Jalasjarvi is a quite small town. The people are very friendly. I was a voluneter for Aukusti festival that took place there. We stayed at the community center. A store was in 100 m from our place. A very strange habit that people have there- after the festival was over, teenagers brought beer and a speaker and just stayed in front of random houses and had like an afterparty there. Everybody knows everybody so even tho they have some strange habits they are still very friendly and safe to be around. nearby there was a big zoo with animals all over the world, lakes and a religious summer camp, sports field, a cinema. compared to other countries it wasn t that expensive, you can recycle cans and get some money back from it. For a restaurant you have to leave the town cause i don t remeber them having one.
