Rauma is honestly one of the safest places I’ve ever experienced. It’s a small, peaceful town in Finland where you can walk alone at night and still feel completely comfortable. The atmosphere is very calm, quiet, and respectful, and people usually mind their own business. As a woman and an international student, I’ve always felt very safe here. If you’re looking for a stress-free, cozy, and extremely safe place for solo travel or studying abroad, Rauma is a wonderful choice.
