Is Jalasjärvi safe for solo female travelers?

Jalasjarvi is a quite small town. The people are very friendly. I was a voluneter for Aukusti festival that took place there. We stayed at the community center. A store was in 100 m from our place. A very strange habit that people have there- after the festival was over, teenagers brought beer and a speaker and just stayed in front of random houses and had like an afterparty there.
