Is Roznov Pod Radhostem Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

It's pretty safe, but we have homeless people too, so at night, if you're in the park or near the town square, it's kinda uncomfy, although those people won't harm you. But with a friend(s) that's different, more comfortable.

Rožnov pod Radhoštěm is a small town in the Czech Republic near the Slovak border, which I would describe as relatively safe. Violent crime is low here, though issues related to addictive substances are a bit more noticeable, but not extreme.
