Is okres Pardubice safe for solo female travelers?

It's overall pretty safe in my opinion. Sometimes there are people that seem dangerous, but they don't usually do anything, just yell at each other and make a mess, they catcall sometimes tho. I haven't been a witness of any crime scene here or anything. I stay cautious when I walk around the city at night, but people hang around here frequently even at late hours, so I'm sure i'd get help if I needed it.
