Is okres Litoměřice Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

If you're going out alone during the day, its pretty safe, just try to avoid weird people. If you're going out alone during the night, i'd always have pepper spray on hand, also try to wear baggy/man looking clothes and a hood, you just never know, and i wouldn't risk it.
