About me

Hey, I’m Sage! I am 26, love the outdoors, hiking (though I need to get into shape), skiing, soccer. I love discovering new places. I currently work for an airline and I love the ability that it gives me to travel and have new experiences and meet new people. I love film, book, picnics, and I'd love to bring something from the USA in exchange for being hosted.

About me

Hi! I recently moved to ATL by way of Austin, TX and have lived up and down the East coast since growing up in the DC area. I love working out, cooking, exploring, and plants. My parents came from Europe, so I grew up traveling and it’s stuck with me ever since. Nice to meet you!!

Is Atlanta worth visiting?

Solo travel

Day trip to ATL - Atlanta, GA Visited the Delta Flight museum. Rented car for transport. Took the Tuesday 1 PM tour that was hosted by retired Delta employees who talked about the objects and planes in the museum and their experiences. It was entertaining and educational especially to those who love aviation and history. Good for solo travel due to secure environment of airport and museum. You have to show ID to access the museum since it is on their corporate campus adjacent to the airport. Also enjoyed the tour which was a group of about 15 other friendly people. Only sketchy part was leaving the airport. There were people begging near the Marta station but they left you alone if ignored.

Solo travel

I've been to Atlanta many times. I've used the trains and walked around different kinds of neighborhoods. My only problem with Atlanta is that it's crowded. Besides that, I'm not a fan of southern food after a day or two because it's very unhealthy. But besides that, Atlanta is a cool city to visit. Lots of fun neighborhoods - downtown, midtown, northern part, and Buckhead. All are amazing.

About Me

My Name is Lotte. I’m currently 24 years old and live in Germany. I grew up near cologne. For university I had to move though but want to move back to the area I grew up in to work there, when I’m done studying. I’m studying sign language interpreting for German sign language. Next summer I’ll be hopefully finished so I want to go on a solo trip. I have family in the USA, that’s why I chose to go to North America so I can also visit them.
