I love to meet new people. I enjoy sightseeing, food, and culture. I love the great outdoors: hiking, biking, swimming. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, beautiful Bellingham Washington. (USA) Wife, mother to a fun, caring, athletic 17 years old daughter. This summer, we did our 1st family motorcycle trip.... yes, our daughter rides motorcycles. She learned to ride at age 5. My husband and I both learned to ride motorcycles at age 6. Each summer, I volunteer for a week as a camp counselor at a camp for foster children. It is so great to love them.

I’m a high school language teacher, and although I’m older, I have a youthful attitude. I like to meet new people, try new food, and learn something new as I explore new places. I prefer spending longer times in 1 place rather than a day or two in many places. Plain and simple. I love to host visitors and take them around, too.

I have been a midwife for over 11 years. I have worked in a hospital and now attend births at a birth center and homes. I am in solo practice so this limits my ability to travel except on big trips. But I love hosting and meeting new people. I live in an area with a lot of Amish and a huge summertime outdoor flea market.

Seeking quality guests as too many guests on Couchsurfing are outright rude or irresponsible -- or both. Also, too many nudists and/or sexual predators on that site. Too few female hosts. Lilly
Hello, I'm Lilly! My mind always goes blank when it comes to filling out about me sections. I'm a student with one more semester left for my undergraduate degree before going on to graduate school. I was blessed with the opportunity to live in Florence for three months last year. I love going to flea markets and thrift shops and seeing what treasures I can dig up.

Though I stayed in Phoenix, most of my time was spent in other parts of the state. Like all major cities, however, Phoenix has its good and its bad, and as long as you are aware of your surroundings and don't go out at night by yourself, it can be a good experience. Outside of Phoenix, at places like Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and Tombstone, I felt generally safe enough to travel alone and did not experience any harassment (but that could be just a me experience as I am sure that some others may have had that sort of experience)

We stayed at the Marriott Hotel during our exchange trip. The accommodation was decent for the experience, but unfortunately, the food at the hotel was below average. That said, the overall experience was really enjoyable. I loved exploring many of the city's monuments, and we even got the chance to attend a baseball game, which was a highlight! For food, I highly recommend Elephant & Castle and Pizza Uno at Union Station they were definitely a step up from the hotel dining. My favorite place was the National Gallery of Art a must-visit if you're in the city. Overall, the city felt quite safe, and I had a great time discovering it.

Hello, my name is Janneth. I live in Mexico, but I like to travel and learn about other cultures. I always dream of traveling with girls friends. I consider myself a pretty good friend, social, real, and curious. I studied design, communication and art, and after several years I wanted to update my knowledge now I study web development. I speak Spanish, English and German. I work and study online, so I can travel flexibly.

I’m pretty average person. I like long walks, museums, going to gym, dogs (I have a mini aussie), good food, make up and dress up, a little bit of travel and hiking and do lots of DIY projects around home & yard. I’m travelling to NYC in June 9-13 and would be glad to have a company 😊
