About me

I'm 38, Korean American, from the Pacific Northwest. You can usually find me out in nature, looking for shiny rocks, feeding the neighborhood crows, reading a book by Mary Oliver, sketching with charcoal, oil painting scenic memories from my travels, looking up at a city's architecture, or aimlessly strolling through quaint streets.

Solo travel

I stayed downtown and stuck to public transportation, which always felt very safe. I know there's a stereotype that people in Seattle aren't super friendly, but the overall vibe was on par with what I've experienced in other big US cities.
