Ericera is a great place foe wo.en to travel, in my experience. I felt safe in different hours of the day, including sleeping in my car and making a bonfire alone at the beach at night time. I was moving around and staying with my car so it's more easy, but if I rent a place in downtown there is most things at a walk distance. There are lots of activities, dance, music, culture and alternative scene of contact dance, extatic dance etc. I cannot recall how much I spent, but Ericeira is relatively more expansive than usual in Portugal.
