Hi there! I'm Sedona, a 26-year-old adventurer originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, now embracing life in the charming city of Porto, Portugal. My wife and I, both military veterans, met in Ukraine prior to the war and made the exciting move here in February 2025 with our three beloved cats. I have a passion for travel, food, and art, and love discovering new cultures and cuisines. When I'm not exploring Porto's vibrant streets, you'll find me with a book in hand or experimenting with new recipes. Let's share our travel tales and inspire each other to explore the world!

Hi! My name is Joana and I'm a Journalism and Communication student in Coimbra. I have Spotify on a constant loop in my earphones, too many books on my to-read list, am currently watching several TV shows at the same time, and what can be better than a blanket, hot chocolate, and Harry Potter or LOTR? Besides that, I love the beach and the mountains, eating I've cream on freezing nights, and meeting new people, so call me up if you're ever in the area :)

Just strolling around the city was amazing. Especially the sunset spot where breathtaking event though it was kind of crowded. I booked the cheapest hostel due to my tight budget, which was absolutely fine and right in the city center. I really recommend using public transport to get anywhere.

Lisbon had been on my bucket list for approximately 14 years because so many people kept telling me that it was their favourite city they ever travelled to. And it really did not disappoint. It’s beautiful and historical and people were dancing and singing in the streets at night. Prices were really affordable and there was so much to explore. You could keep on walking and find a new cool location around every corner. Pastel de Nata for the win!

Hello! It’s my first time solo traveling in Europe. I traveled alone before but there was always someone waiting for me on the destination side. It will be my first time ever visiting a city where I don’t know anyone.

I was a long-time Couchsurfer until the pandemic, both as a host and a surfer. I love traveling and meeting travelers! My favorite things to do in a new place are wander around the streets, find a performance, admire the architecture, check out a museum, eat until I can't move, and (best!) have long talks with locals! My interests at home are reading, gardening, pottery, and camping alone in the wild.
