Hi I am Maria. I am Greek (Athenian), but I have been studying in Munich since 2020. I am super curious to learn about other peoples cultures and their traditions. That’s why I like to travel as a “local” not a tourist, especially since tourism has a lot of negative sides to it when it comes to social and environmental justice. I am very crafty and love art! I have a shared atelier space in Munich. I have finished my degree in Political Sciences and am currently finishing my degree in Philosophy. My focus in my studies and at work are on ethics, sustainability, the environment, and feminism. I love the outdoors, I am a skier and an advanced Padi diver. Taking a walk in nature while drinking a coffee and going to a Pilates class or crafty workshop sounds like the dream :) I am also a singer, with the occasional performance, but mostly I love to jam! I have traveled my fair share until now. I prefer traveling by bus or train and have discovered ecotourism as a concept that speaks to me. If you relate I am happy to plan a trip together! Or visit each other :)
