Hey everyone ✨ My name is Melodi but you can call me Mel. I am originally from Germany, but I moved to England in 2022 for my bachelor's degree. That's why I usually switch between countries. During term time, I live in England, and during the vacation period, I am back home in Germany 😄 I am very extroverted and pretty much down for whatever. I’ve traveled to over 20 countries so far, and I like to think of myself as a traveler, not a tourist. This summer, I am planning to travel to the Balkans (specifically Bosnia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and North Macedonia). Is Frankfurt safe for female travelers?
Solo travel
I didn’t feel safe. In Frankfurt there are many criminals, prostitutes and drug dealers especially near the airport, train stations and famous hotels. I was nearly got attacked by a stranger who was doing a strip dance in the middle of the street.
