Betül
Cologne
hi beautiful girls 🌹 I am Betül, I was raised in Germany in a Turkish family and I would say I'm definitely defining my identity as "migrant" somehow, I am an easy going 28 year old queer women, I am an extrovert and I really like to travel and enjoy a lot meeting locals 🌹 I am spontaneous and flexible and time doesn't feel real to me, especially when I am traveling. I like to eat a lot, especially street food I like to talk about politics a lot, also history and philosophy and poetry I like nature & hikes, but also culture and big city life I like dancing & partying (but not necessarily drink alcohol, I like to smoke 🍀 tho) I don't like fake people/fake kindness I don't like bad smells I don't like "apolitical" people I don't like fancy & money spending plans + I wanna learn Arabic!!! I send much love all around you ❤️ ps: if you don't support palestine we will not be friends 🙃

Cologne
Hey everyone! I’m from Los Angeles, but I’ve been studying near Cologne for the past two years. Planning to move to another city in Europe or North America in the spring :) I’d love to connect with other women or queer ppl. Im bit introverted but love meeting new people and am good about staying in touch/meeting up with friends I've made throughout my travels. I like thrifting, going to the theater/films/live music, trying new restaurants, visiting art shows and museums, techno, clubbing, karaoke, christmas markets, and gay bars. Please reach out I'd love to meet some new people! Moving abroad and travelling solo can be isolating so its great to be able to meet other people in similar situations.

Juliane
Cologne
Hey, I am a girl from Germany. I love travelling and meeting new people. For me, the best of travel is the journey. The Germany we have a saying "Der Weg ist das Ziel" ("The way is the goal"). This always annoyed me as a child. But in the past few years, I've noticed how true it is. The way is the best. I love strolling through cities and sitting on the train and looking at how the world passes you. Even better if I can share it with whom. So, I would be happy if someone would like to accompany me😊

Marzieh
Cologne
Hi! My name is Marzieh, originally from Tehran, Iran, and now based in Cologne, Germany, where I’m doing my PhD in performance art. I'm a big wanderer—I’ve lived in three different countries: Iran, Austria, and Germany, and have traveled to many cities and natural places in both my home country and across Europe. As an artist and researcher who loves art and community—and who has worked and grown within the underground performance scene in Iran—I dream of practicing life outside of fixed paradigms and definitions. I’d love to get to know you—I hope you too.

The streets are quite unsettling at night, especially around transportation hubs and downtown areas. Particular caution is advised if you are a woman of Asian appearance. Public transportation often has unsavory individuals who may beg or shout aggressively; wearing headphones is not recommended. Daytime is generally calmer.

I feel Cologne is a rather safe place, especially considering its big city with a lot of tourists and many public events throughout the year. There are obviously places that you want to avoid, especially at night, however, all in all, I usually feel safe even when stay late and coming back home by myself. Public transportation stations in the city Centre could use some more security personnel though. And maybe avoid Neumarkt in the middle of the night 🙂
