When I walk on the road alone at night, I've never had any experience that strangers talked to me or looked at me all the time, sometimes if you forgot to take your key on the scooter, when you finished shopping and go back to your scooter, the key was still there, people even helped you to put your key in the helmet or leave a note.

Taichung, the second most populous city in Taiwan, located on the island's central-western coastline, boasts a rich blend of tradition and modernity. The city doesn’t have much to do, but the university campus was nice. People were kind and helpful even if you don’t know the local language. The night market here is one of the best in this city. The weather is definitely better than in Taipei.
