Very safe except traffic, the driver here is not very considerate 😭and not everywhere has sidewalks so be careful when you are a pedestrian 😞🚶➡️ Overall, Kaohsiung is a safe and friendly place!me and my friends have never been robbed or assaulted, you can put your Mac on Starbucks table and go to the bathroom for a while and nobody will steal it, so i think it’s quite safe here!
