It’s a very safe city : ). You can around around the city by public transportation safety. There are many 24 hours convenient stores open almost everywhere that if you have any questions or safety issues, you may just enter for help 😊
Posted: July 3, 2024Super safe in Taiwan. If you lost your belongings, you can probably find it in police offices. People use their MacBook to save a seat in Starbucks, it will not be stolen. People are friendly, seldom criminals happen.

You can walk on the streets in midnight. There are a lots convenient stores opening 24/7. It's easy to find something to eat and people. It's also open to dress with any styles. Although people might stare but that's it.
Posted: May 15, 2024Apart from some "quiet" harassment or stealing, generally safe. Most people are simple. Just need to be careful of the traffic, there are many accidents. (It's crowded in the centre, many motorcycles and cars on the roads.)

Hi, I’m Mandy from Taiwan. Like many here, I love traveling and meeting new people. I enjoy sharing stories and learning new things from one another. At 21, I traveled around my country on foot, and at 22, I ventured to Europe. After that, I spent a few years in Taiwan—my heart and my home—working and exploring its beautiful nature. Now, I’m headed to Australia to continue experiencing the world and all that life has to offer. 🤍✨
