Turany is a small city in the middle of the Slovakia, which is dead by 10 pm, so walking during night on streets is reakly safe and you can only meet some drunk kids. The crime rate is really low and people during day are usually nice and can help you, even thought they tend to stare which is sometimes uncomfortable. The mountains above Turany are beautiful, and the tiusrist there are super friendly.
