Thrissur is quite a safe place, and most people here are helpful and friendly. Still, at night I sometimes feel a little uneasy around some men because of the way they look, but I’ve also met many with a genuine helping mentality. Overall, it’s a city where you can feel comfortable, especially if you stay in well-lit areas and trust your instincts.
Posted: September 4, 2025Very safe place. Might find some strangers staring sometimes. Other than that, I have not experienced anything that affects my safety. Very few/ No lively places to go at night. Not known for night life.
