This city is pretty much safer compared to other metro cities of India. The transport around the city is safer and cheap too. Even around night time it is considered safer for women, as the police patrolling happens quite frequently. The locals are also somewhat educated to converse in other languages, and most times are helpful to the tourists.
Posted: August 7, 2025Actually it's nice place to explore but when it comes to safety it's not good i myself never felt safe but I can't stop myself from going out because this but I always in alert mode when I go out and avoid going out at night because I don't have courage and confident to get out at night just walk around
Posted: August 7, 2025Haldwani is a very safe place to live and for tourism also. I gives easy access to all the prime locations like Nanital, bhimtal Almora as well as to all the facilities of medical and education. This city is very safe in terms to criminal offence as civic sense

Pune is a moderately sized city in Maharashtra, India Traffic situation is not the best, but the people are generally quite helpful. The weather is lovely. Ofcourse there are some unsafe areas at night, but generally not too bad. Traveller friendly, lots of students from different countries come to study here.
Posted: August 5, 2025It’s the safest city in India. If you do use public transport, use the cabins reserved for woman. There are only female passengers there and after 10, even a police officer to make it safer. As for walking around, there are some places that feel scary but as a tourist, o don’t think anybody really goes there.
Posted: August 3, 2025Women are not safe alone at night. Be safe and travel with groups. In public transport Beawar of wired peoples. Don't expect personal space in public. You're mostly safe in the metro, avoid local trains or buses, if possible.

I have been living in Delhi since 2024 . I travelled to many places and I felt that traveling through metro is cheap but with private vehicle it is expensive. I only prefer to travel in morning because I don't feel safe at night .
Posted: August 7, 2025Beautiful scenic place with nice weather but overly crowded touristy areas. Some scammers trying to buy to stuff. Rest is good. Food is pricy as per local rates but affordable. Weekends are jam packed
