Dimapur is a small town, also the commercial hub of Nagaland. Since it's a small town everyone knows everyone and houses aren't far. I don't mind walking alone even at 12 o clock in the night or even 3 am. The club culture is also pretty decent and restros bars are open till 10/11pm. Strangers are kind and no one can really stay strangers for long here since we keep bumping into each other here and there. People are calm, positive and it's easy to make friends here
