How safe is Quimper?

There are mediators who travel on the buses every day to manage conflicts if there are any. They also ensure that everyone is doing well. Still on public transport: many drivers are very warm, others colder, but always polite. There are very few homeless people, the train station area is not in my recommendations for being alone at night. There is the police station in the city center. Then the Kermoysan gendarmerie nearby. I find Quimper is very safe, but like in every city, we are never completely safe.
Posted: January 26, 2025Very safe city. Highly recommended. And an amazing place to visit! Dont forget to stop by the place au beurre and to visit the coastline near by as well as the village of Locronan. The city of concarneau is beautiful
