It's actually a very calm city compared to bigger ones. I live close to the center, so I can sometimes om the weekends hear a few people walking outside and talking, a bit drunk as they walk from one bar to another, but nothing bad. I don't really go partying, so I don't know how that would be, but usually, even that is pretty calm and uneventful as most people stick to their own group and remain polite. Personally, I've not yet had a bad experience here with people. I also live on the 4th floor, so it's very safe for me
