Brisbane is safe place. Foltitude valley could be unsafe at night but except there you should be fine. There are a lot homeless though but they will not attack you. Brisbane is safe, calm and little bit boring place haha
Posted: May 11, 2025Brisbane feels safe as a women solo traveling, I've been out a couple of times and didn't really experience harassing from men for now. And the women community is quite supportive, caring and strong.

It's a pretty safe city, there are always dodgy areas and specific suburbs, but for the most part it's a safe place to be. Be careful if you're going out clubbing/don't go alone, but I think that's pretty universal
Posted: March 20, 2025Brisbane overall is pretty safe, there are some areas which are more of a problem than usual, and people should always be careful after dark but I've never had anything happen to me in the last 7 years personally even in some of the more male dominated areas.
Posted: February 10, 2025I feel pretty safe in here but like near fortitude valley(street with clubs and bars) on friday to weekend, it feels quite dangerous because of the drunken people. And especially, if i go to club, i should to keep looking someone gonna touch too much or try to touch to my friend and it feels so bad

Hello there! I'm 22 (Taurus) I grew up on the sunshine Coast and have lived in Brisbane for almost 10 years. So very familiar with the area. I love to travel and meet new people, I'll be going on my first solo trip this year. I enjoy indoor and outdoor activities, sports, the beach, reading and learning new languages.
