Heloooo Hi! My name is May, I’m 20 years old and currently studying Hospitality and Tourism Management. I grew up in Toronto but I’ve always been curious about the world and different ways of living, which is why I love traveling. I grew up helping in my family’s restaurant from a young age, which taught me a lot about hospitality, hard work, and connecting with people. Because of that, I’m very comfortable adapting to new environments and meeting people from different backgrounds. I’ve been lucky to travel to a few places already, including Egypt, Ireland, Malaysia, Japan, and China, and I recently spent time studying in Kosovo. Experiences like that made me realize how much I enjoy learning about cultures, food, and everyday life in different countries. I’m someone who is very positive, curious, and open to new experiences. I love animals, nature, good food, and meaningful conversations. I’m also really interested in sustainability, farms, and learning practical skills that connect people more to the land and where their food comes from.

My Ancestors are from the Odewa Nation (people of the heart aka Ottawa like Canada’s capital), Ojibwe Nation, Potawatomi Nation. My first language is Odewa & Ojibwe & Potawatomi. I've been to Canada for a whole year to work and travel. It was amazing! The people were so nice and helpful all the time and the nature is just amazing! I would recommend to buy a car though, so you can experience the country even better since public transfer is good but limited outside the cities 😬
