Is Pompano Beach safe for solo female travelers?

I love it here. I feel super safe and currently have the house to myself with just my little mini pinscher (as my partner is three hours away for school). I’ve had to take her outside at all hours (she’s an old lady) and I’ve never feared for my safety nor worried about the random person walking around. Even when I didn’t have the pup, I still felt super safe and able to get a good night sleep or feel comfortable to go out for a walk.

Amazing Beach city Friendly bars, restaurants, mixing pot, beautiful you can walk almost everywhere if you are by the beach area I highly recommend it and if you’re in this area, let me know so that I can meet you for a drink or a Matcha

Pompano beach is one of those cities that can be super safe and beautiful or very sketchy and dangerous. I live 3 minutes from the beach l, so my area is beautiful and super safe. I exercise at 9-10pm and i feel totally safe.great restaurants and shops and of course the beach! However, if you decide to go into west pompano away from the beach area you must be careful and I would recommend to just go there during day time only or while in tour car at night. But not walking or taking a bus.
