Very safe! There is very little homeless people around. Small college city with very safe environment & mostly nice people. I don’t usually go walk alone at night, but I wouldn’t do that in most places anyways. However, you would be safe if you do.

I would say one of the safer areas in Texas from what I’ve seen. There are cops everywhere which probably helps with that. The people who live in this area have been really nice. There are people I see who are out jogging, biking or walking their dogs all the time.
