Is Khmelnytskyi Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

There are missiles flying overhead, and in general, martial law is in effect, but this city is much safer than other cities in Ukraine. It has good infrastructure, many interesting places, and many safe places. You need to beware of homeless people and mentally ill people affected by the war. But in general, nothing is ever stolen here, and the locals are very kind and helpful.
