There's a war going on in Ukraine, so... It gets worse in late autumn, winter, and early spring. I think the safest time to come is from May to August ☀️ If you need more info about Dnipro or other cities let me know
Posted: August 9, 2026War situation; not safe at all.. Missile or dron can come over your hear/house/family member or whatever any time…. Not safe to sleep, walk, eat, or stay in any place of Ukraine at all… Country used to be alive, kind, very arranged and beautiful before…

Not safe at all because of bombing and russian attacks. But since I used to live here like many Ukrainians, we kinda adopt. And you should not ignore air alarms. It could be nice, but you never sure where the strike can be.
Posted: April 15, 2026Dnipro is a safe place. Here, maybe everyone is kind and considerate, but like most countries, there are good people, and you don’t know what to look for. I can walk peacefully at night on my own, just in the quieter areas.
Posted: July 22, 2025I think city center is a pretty safety, people are friendly and nice. You should avoid countryside regions I have a feeling of safety in the city. My own concerns about robberies, carjackings, physical assaults, harassment in public places, and discrimination, I would say it is low.

Dnipro has a pretty high criminality level, especially with robberies. My phone been stolen once and my purse too. Usually it happens in transport or shop. Also I feel unsafe walking in the dark. It may be ok before 9PM in public places but not in the courtyards, for example. As a woman I feel unsafe walking in the dark in uncrowded places

Hi ladies 🌺 I'm Masha from Ukraine. I've already visited 12 countries, but I hope to visit many more! Next year, I'm planning to visit Portugal, Hong Kong, and maybe Singapore. Also, if you ever need a place to stay in Ukraine, let me know—I'm happy to help, even if you're visiting other cities!
