How safe is Valletta for female travelers?

Solo travel

I spent 4 days in Valletta. It was my first solo trip and one of the most beautiful places I have visited so far. I felt very safe there, and the people were incredibly nice. I highly recommend visiting Malta.

How safe is Valletta for women?

Quite safe place to travel. No major crime rate. Did not feel unsafe so far. In general, people don't mess with tourists. Everywhere I went people did not approach me in uncomfortable ways. Advise to visit it.

Valletta is super safe compared to other cities. I am not worried about being mugged or taken. The Maltese are all relatively relaxed except in some tourist areas but this is to be expected. Just always be conscious of your surroundings but there is no extra concerns.
