Termoli is a small village on the Adriatic Sea. Mostly elderly people or families live there. It is very safe for a woman to visit. The delinquency that is present concerns car theft (very frequent) and flat theft (rare but present). I have never heard of women being assaulted at night or of anyone being robbed in the street.
