Ravenna is a lovely city pretty safe and lived mainly by locals. Except for the area of the train and bus station the rest of the centre is totally safe for everybody. I have never experienced of any assault as a female, even if I did feel a little uncomfortable when walking in front of the station because of same comments or looking.

About Me

As a French-Italian citizen, I’ve always loved travelling, discovering new cultures and speaking foreign languages. I currently live in Ravenna, Italy, where I work from home in the fundraising sector (helping non profits to collect better and raise more funds). I travelled a lot in my early 20s and lived in Montreal and London for my studies. In 2024 I travelled in France, Italy, Portugal and Japan. If you plan on visiting Ravenna, I would be happy to take you around the city and would love to hear your travel stories!
