Being a university city and suitable for families, it is a safe location; however, in recent years minor crimes have increased, especially at night and in specific areas of the city (zona Pilotta).

I feel safe but there are still men that yell at you ar call you, you can get robbed but so it’s better to be aware, If you visit the ccentral city there is really no problem, noone will harrass you, at least I feel safe 80%

Parma is quite a safe city, apart from the baby-gangs (groups of young boys) that usually attack people of their same age (teenagers), surrounding them and robbing their money or their mobile (but also their branded clothes).
Posted: April 24, 2025It's actually a very safe city. However, there have been a few incidents that have made me want to buy pepper spray for protection. Once I was in a park and a group of men started coming towards me saying something (I don't know what they wanted) and I just kept walking without paying attention and they backed away.
Posted: April 12, 2025Parma is safe but need to tale care of your things otherwise high chance to be rubbery. Overall I love to stay here. Its beautiful specially the city center. I would say its safe even-though a girl can go alone on the midnight

I've always been drawn to creative expressions-whether it's through visiting art galleries, photographing breathtaking landscapes, or immersing myself in the stories that history and architecture have to tell. Traveling is one of my biggest passions, as it gives me the chance to explore new perspectives, meet inspiring people, and experience the incredible diversity our world has to offer🌸

I'm a deeply curious soul and an intersectional transfeminist who believes that every person carries a world within them. I travel not only to see new places, but to connect — soul to soul — with the stories, experiences, and truths that others carry. Intersectionality isn't just a theory to me — it's the lens through which I see and meet the world, honoring the complexity of every identity, every struggle, and every joy. I believe that authentic connection begins with listening, empathy, and the courage to show up fully as we are. If you're someone who values depth, openness, and real human connection, I'd love to share a conversation, a walk, or even just a moment of quiet presence with you.
