Is Padua Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

Padova is generally safe. There are guys that will cat-call you but they are mostly harmless. Usually they concentrate around the train station. So I would say to avoid it if possible during the night. But even then, it just seems a bit scary from time to time to walk alone at night. They steal bikes a lot, so I recommend having a good lock for both tires lol

Safe generally speaking. During the night, be careful in the surrounding of the train station, and please note that you may need to cross the underpass to go from the center to the "Arcella" neighborhood. The other way is the railway bridge but still - not very nice to cross especially if alone and on walk. The center and other nightlife streets are quite ok.

Usually it’s always safe but need to be careful with bicycles, sometimes bad people steal tires rings or the ram. It’s very light at night and recommended not to stay for a while in station area. Very lovely

Padua is a very peaceful city, full of young university students who congregate in the busiest social area around the Porta Nuova. The only areas to avoid are those near the station. Otherwise, I've never felt unsafe anywhere in the city.
