Is Chakrata safe for solo female travelers?

Chakrata is generally a safe destination for solo female travelers. Though it is a relatively small and less crowded location compared to other Indian cities, the locals are friendly and welcoming. However, as in any other place, exercising caution, especially during nightlife, is advised.
